After taking lunch, I happily walked back to the building with JV. Saw KP waiting outside the elevator. The elevator door opened, a cleaner was wiping the walls inside. We went in, pushed on the 4th floor button. The door closed.
Ted: KP, you had your lunch edi? Alone ah?
KP: Yea, had edi, was alone just now.
Ted: Wow, you still bought a lot of biscuits, still hungry?
KP: No, just buy only.
Ted: Why are we still here ah? OMG, don't tell me it's broken!!
*Ted looks at the monitor, there was no number.
Ted: It's really BROKEN!!! WE ARE TRAPPED!!!
JV: Haha...
KP: Really ah?
Ted: OMG!!! You must be kidding!! We can't be that 'black'!
*KP starts pressing on the buttons to open the door but there was no response from the elevator. We pressed the numbers too, yet no response again.
Ted: Maybe we should press the bell.
*Cleaner stares at us. KP still busy pressing the buttons to open the door.
Ted: I think we should press the bell.
KP: Let's call Research Ops people. But I don't have their numbers.
JV: I also don't have.
Ted: Me too. I don't have any of their numbers. Can we press the bell now??
JV: No la, press bell like very dramatic leh... I'll try to call Lisa, see if she has their numbers.
Ted: Ok lor. But she went out for lunch edi.
JV: Hello, Lisa, do you have Don's phone number?
Lisa: No leh.. Why ah?
JV: Oh, because we are trapped in the lift.
Lisa: Har?! Really ah?!
JV: Yes! Yes! Really..
Ted: YES LAA!! HE IS NOT KIDDING!!!!
Lisa: I have Kavitha's number though, you can try to call her for help.
JV: Ok, you SMS me her number.
Ted: HELP!!!! Call the army, navy, airforce!! I don't care!! Blow this door open!!! Let me out of here!!! I don't give a damn even if you need to call the Prime Minister here to open the door for me!! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!
*Saw Sharon walking by through the glass windows on the elevator doors. Ted knocks on the window, waves at Sharon.
Ted: SHARON!! SHARON!!! WE ARE STUCKED IN THE LIFT!!!
*Sharon walks pass heading to the stairs.
Ted: Hey! You are supposed to stop and help! Not go to the stairs!!
JV & KP: HAHA...
Ted: I need to breathe.. In.. Out... In.. Out... K, it's not working, HELP!!!!!!!
*Saw velani walking outside.
Ted: Can we press the bell now?
JV: Isn't that Velani? Yea it is her.
Ted: VELANI!!! IN HERE!!! HELP!!!!
*Velani walks pass up the stairs
Ted: KANASAI!!! They are supposed to stop, not go to the stairs!!!
KP: Hahaha..
Ted: Can we press the bell now?
*Cleaner, pressed the bells.
Speaker: Hello, is there a problem?
KP: Yea, we are trapped in the lift.
Speaker: You are trapped in the lift?
KP: Yes.
Ted: How many times do you want us to say that??? Send help laa!!
Speaker: A moment please.
Ted: Can put us on hold one ah?
Speaker: Somebody is on the way to check it out.
KP: Thanks.
*waited for 5 min.
Ted: How come nobody come wan?
JV: They are taking their sweet time.
Ted: Don't tell me they went for lunch first.
JV+KP: Hahaha...
*WangCheng & Zhouwei are walking towards the lift, Ted starts to wave to them. THEY SAW US. They tried to pressed the buttons outside, but no response and signal that they were going up to call help.
Ted: Ok, at least somebody stopped and tried to help!!
*Cleaner seems fed-up standing in the lift, he try to force the door open!!! And it really opened!! So, we happily walked out.
Ted: Gosh, now we have to walk up to the 4th Floor, we are really 'black', the lift broke down the moment we walked in!!
JV: We should buy 4D, sure get wan!!!
Ted+KP: Hahaha...
So, that was the first experience I had being trapped in a lift. It was real hot in there... No fun at all!!! I'm not taking the lift in Singapore again!

but then we got out and left liao they oso belum sampai! hahha
Haha! I got this kind of experience too. Once only, and once is enough. I think I got minor claustrophobia lo. Haha!

baka mitai... dun tell me you really panicked like a girl inside the lift... there was a case where a guy who was trapped inside a lift for a couple of days buut still managed to keep his cool. ted like a girl.
as a member of the civil defense force, i am utterly disappointed.

i'm serving my NS in the Civil Defense Force.
SCDF saves lives and property, but we really hate saving annoying, panicky, whiny, screaming etc etc people... regardless, we still save them because it's our job. if we dun do it, we can get charged. lol

u made it sound like Final Destination 2, the lady head was in the lift but body outside then the lift moved.. then her head dropped inside the life, n the lift go up, but the body was left outside... so scary...
