Went down to Leisure Mall to watch Star Trek today.
I loved the movie!!!
The graphic was nice. And many suspending and exciting moments!!
The story was interesting.
Ok ok, maybe I'm a little bias because I've watched all the previous Star Trek movies and also the series.
But this movie plot was rather nice actually, using parallel universe to change the original story of Star Trek. Really cool movie!!!
This is one movie that everybody should watch!! Love it when the captain says "Ready all phasers, fired everything we've got!!"
Using black hole to travel across time? hehe... In this movie, the Romulus used the black hole to travel across time. I think I recalled some astrophysicist mentioning about such hypothesis before. Nobody knows what really happens when you get sucked into the blackhole.
Some say the gravitational pull is so strong that everything is ripped apart into atomical structures before it even reaches the core. Even if it reaches the core, with the strong gravitational force, everything should collapse into dense matter. But then, how can a black hole keep on sucking things in, including light without exploding? Interesting.. Maybe it really sends things to a parallel universe? Hehe...
Oh ya, I also recalled hearing about connecting to blackholes to make a space warp! Yup, it means you go into one hole and come out at the other end light years away!!! Super high speed space travel!! Hahaha...

I can't forget this! It was amazing how Acting Captain George Kirk sacrifised himself by maneuvering the ship into the enemy ship to stop it from attacking the escape shuttles of his crews.
