TM: "Good afternoon, may I speak to Mr.Ted please"
Me: "Yes, speaking, TM right?"
TM: "Yes, I refer to your report 1 dash 456..."
Me: "Ya ya, I know that"
TM: "I would like to ask whether your internet service has returned normal?"
Me: "What do you mean by normal? How to return to normal? Nobody came today!!"
TM: "What do you mean?"
Me: "Your technician didn't come today!! I've been waiting since morning til now which is already 4pm if you didn't notice"
TM: "No technician went to your house? But how could it be? Did they leave a card outside or gave you a call"
Me: "Obviously not, I've not left the house since morning!!"
TM: "But has your internet connection recovered?"
Me: "What? Nobody came!! How would it return to normal??"
TM: "What is the problem actually?"
Me: "At it's worst, it disconnects every 1-2 minutes and even if it's connected, there is no traffic. The pages can't load."
TM: "I see. The technician should've gone to check your report"
Me: "No! Nobody came! I've already made an appointment with your technical department for this Saturday morning, yet, I've been waiting and nobody came! I've to cancel my plans in the afternoon just to continue waiting and still there is no one!! This is too much!!!"
TM: "I see"
Me: "When you make an appointment with me, I expect you to turn up! Don't keep me waiting. I've wasted my entire day just waiting!! I was worried that your people couldn't remember and I called your office yesterday to confirm and your colleague assured me that it has been noted in your database that the appointment is today!! So where are your technicians?"
TM: "Please wait, I will check the database. Yes, it is noted in here that there should be an appointment today"
Me: "So where are your people?"
TM: "I'm not sure. I will check with the technical department regarding this matter and update you again"
Me: "No no no.. I don't want an update!! Just send your technicians and get the problem solve!! There is no point updating again and again.. Please don't waste my time"
TM: "Yes, that is how things should be. I will check with them again about the issue immediately"
Me: "Yes, you do that, thank you!!"
***********************************************
Luckily the one speaking to me today is an Indian who can speak well in English, the last two were a Malay guy and a Malay lady which spoke broken English which would have made my blood boiled!! But one thing commendable is that TM has this following-up procedure nowadays after a complaint has been lodge to ensure the problem has been solved unlike last time.
By the way, I really hate it when people aeroplane me!! An appointment is an appointment and please make sure to be punctual!! This was really out of line. TM wasted my entire day when they confirmed my appointment yesterday. That is so silly!!! Yesterday confirmed, but today didn't turn up!
This is pathetic! Punctuality is important too. It is unacceptable to make me waiting for 45 min when a person's house is just 5 min away from Leisure Mall!!! Right!!!

Almost 4 hours from CS to my home
Goodness!!! This is the 1st time I've experienced taking a bus from CS to my home which needed almost 4 hours!!!
Driving without traffic jam would be around 50min. Bus normally 1.5 hrs! But this time was amazing!! Unbelievable!!
I waited in front of CS for a long time without seeing any bus which I can ride. Then all of a sudden, a bus which is supposed to go Permas took down the signboard and say he will go KT.
Only after I got into the bus and headed north that I noticed that there was a jam which started from Johor Jaya all the way to my home!! YES... ALL THE WAY!!! No wonder all the bus decided to change route.
I'm seriously lucky that this guy decided to take up the route which then the other passengers declared the bus "Bas Raya".
Since he never drove to KT, he wasn't sure where the bus-stops were, nor the road to use. So he constantly ask people, if there is a bus stop in front which he needed to stop coz he can't see clearly at night!! LOL!!
And whenever somebody comes aboard and ask "_______ berapa?"
His answer was "Tak pasti la, biase letak berape?" LOL~~~ He allowed the passenger to pay how much they think the correct price should be.
Cool?!?! LOL~~ Anyway, reached home at around 1.15am but i board the bus at 9pm!!

Cleaners aren't easy to be either...
I've just heard that the cleaner uncle has diabetes and his leg has been amputated. He was such a nice person, always greeting everybody in the lab, even though certain people are very rude to him. 。".. Hope he get's well soon.
The new cleaner auntie just left yesterday as she couldn't stand the way people here look down at her and gossips about her. To avoid those ppl, she normally just sit at the stairs or at the corner of the building folding her plastic bags or eat her lunch. Poor thing...
The world is harsh and cruel..

。enjoy the nice song...
Say Goodbye

3。那臭鸡蛋把人家的申请表格退回来说,incomplete, I want you to follow the application procedures stated on the attached form!!!
1。Education Fair
简单来说,she is useless, no brain!! She is not using her brain!!!!她们整天都因她们的model感到骄傲,但她们不知道,那个什么model really cannot make it, it's a total mess!!!

1。As I've replied to SZ, you should just get a calculator!!! Which is saving more money? Taking a MAS flight to Changi then share cab or taking an Airasia flight directly to Senai?!?! Dumb!! You are seriously dumb!!!!!! By the way, I think we should teach you how to use the calculator too!!!
3。Maybe you do have a brain, unlike what is said by SZ. But it's a definite PEA BRAIN!!!!

Nobody will ever notice me...
Have you ever felt that nobody notices your presence?
It hurts a lot when this happens among your friends. But it is rather common in the working environment.
Not many people care about each other in a workplace. It is most often just about being by yourself, everyone for themselves. You don't bother me, I don't disturb you. Unless I need you, I won't bother talking to you.
This kind of atmosphere is extremely true when you are in a very competitive environment. Everybody is scared of their credits being stolen by others. So, they often keep to themselves avoiding much interaction with others. They believe this is a way to protect their own interest.
Well, have a read on the following articles.

Title-ship
Sometime back somebody questioned me why I address certain people deardear.
Well, the whole story started when I was in KL. Back then, a classmate called Grace loved to call us dears. Somehow I kind of got hooked up with this mode of address and started calling my close friends dears too. And it continued throughout the few years when I was staying in KL. A few of us address each other as dears thereafter.
Since then, I sort of adopted this mode of address as a kind of title-ship for my friends. I shall put this title-ship classification in this post for you guys to have a look.
1. Double names
- Certain friends whom I like, I would address their names in double.
- For e.g.: Jonathan can be JonJon, XiaoTong can be TongTong
2. Dear
- Equivalent to Datuk
- E.g. Leong-dear
3. DearDear
- Equivalent to Datuk Seri
- E.g. 阿昌 deardear
4. Darling
- Equivalent to Tan Sri
- E.g. XiaoJun Darling
5. DarDar
- Equivalent to Tun
So, that's the rough guide of how I address people who are friends...

A Mother Who Can’t Read
Went down to Century Garden yesterday for dental treatment where I met a mother who brought her young girl for treatment too (around 12 years old). After consultation, the clinical assistant asked the mother when would she like the next appointment to be and passed her a calendar.
She was supposed to make an appointment at the end of November or early December, yet she keep flipping the calendar backwards to October and September then August. She then decided to get her daughter who was at the sofa and asked her in Mandarin “This is the 11th month?”, “This one leh, 12th month ah?”. Then, the mother chose a date and asked if it was Saturday, the daughter again told her that was Thursday. The mother could only bring her daughter to the dentist on Saturdays as she works all of the other days.
Looking at the auntie and her daughter, it shows how important education is. And it is somewhat a luxury that we, in this generation have which many of our previous generations could only dream of.
But how many of us in our generation understand the luxury we have and appreciate it? We often just attend schools because we are told to. And worse, many find going to school and studying a troublesome matter and never learn to appreciate it.
And many have dropped out of studies or wasted their education. They never understood how many people are out there hoping to get an education yet unable too. They have also forgotten how the previous generations wanted to go to school but didn’t have the opportunity. They can’t truly appreciate what they have now and cherish it.
But then again, many of us don’t really know how to appreciate things until they are gone anyway…
