Briefly describing the latter in English: A car suddenly stopped at the Royal Melbourne Hospital entrance was honked by a lady at the back, the man alighted from the car walking to the big pillar on the left pushing his wheel-chaired father to his car without much concern of the car at the back. Standing beside the pillar, I was able to see the wheel-chaired old folk, for a second I was shock why the lady honked him, but then I realized she couldn't have known. The pillar was her blind spot. Looking at the man helping his father into the car, I decided not to help, I wanted to test the outcome of the incident. The lady hesitated on getting out of her car, but she in the end did get out of her walking towards the man and apologizing to him about the incident and voluntarily helped him fold the wheelchair. Most often it isn't easy to admit ones mistake, moreover in public where there are others looking. But this lady did it.
The latter story had a 'Wall' i.e. the pillar which blocked the truth which caused the lady to misunderstood the man's intentions. Thinking he was an irresponsible person causing a traffic jam at the back. This 'Wall' was coincidentally at that place which caused the misunderstanding.
The former story also had a 'Wall'. But this 'Wall' was intentionally put there by people to mislead the crowd. The 'Wall' which conceal the fact that Hsien was not a HIV positive patient. Maybe back then people dislike him, hence using such a 'Wall' to frame him, making him the victim of mockery and insults.
A 'Wall' can be coincidental, it can also be intentional.
Whatever it is, on what purpose, it can cause misunderstandings. Some walls are hard to bring down. The Berlin wall which separated East and West Germany didn't come down in one day, neither did it come down because of one person's effort.
It is difficult to remove a strong 'wall', especially one which is intentionally placed there.
